Alexia personally handled the organization, line flow, and security for all Spooky Empire panels from 2023-2025, including Universal's Halloween Horror Nights house-reveal panels.
Alexia led a team of 200+ dedicated Volunteers at Spooky Empire, creating schedules of all staff and planning the organization and layout of the convention from 2024-2026.
Alexia became the Manager of Registration for Spooky Empire in 2023-2025 and created the Registration process and line plan, training her team for a weekend of 35,000+ attendees.
Alexia was selected to be the Lead of Procurement for the UCF Career Fair in 2023 and created an oustanding event for UCF students to get hired by reputable companies.
